How Do I Sleep?

Sleep Straight and kick the pillow habit as it inhibit your growth by compressing your spine..

dont sleep on soft mattress but on firm ..

if possible raise the lower part of your bed to 2 -4 inches .

sleep atleast 8 hours a day!........as HGH is secreted only during our sleep



And one more thing..never lose faith in growing taller..while doing stretches just say "IAM GROWING TALLER!!!!!!"....
